How do pre-orders work?
FULL PAYMENTS are taken at time of pre-order (at a discounted rate)
Pre-orders secure your Lazy Doxie Co goodies before they officially launch. This helps us make sure we have enough stock for all our Doxie-loving customers!
Will items sell out?
Some of our more popular designs are already selling fast, so we recommend ordering early to make sure you get your faves!
When will my order ship?
We expect to start shipping orders within 2-3 weeks of the pre-order being launched, but we will keep you updated every step of the way. If there are any delays we will let you know ASAP!
If your order is not shipped within 30 days of you placing your order, we will offer you a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
We can adjust or cancel orders before shipping begins, but once your order is packed and on its way, it's all yours! Just reach out if you need help.
Can I return or exchange my pre-order?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the item is un-worn, in its original packaging and condition.
How do I pick the right size for my Doxie?
We've designed our products specifically for dachshunds! Our fit guide is available here: Fit + Care Guide. If you are unsure, feel free to ask - we're happy to help!. If you do pick the wrong size, we will exchange it (please see our Refund and Exchange Policy)
