Here's everything you need to know to snag your gear before it drops.... or sells out!
How do pre-orders work?
FULL PAYMENTS are taken at time of pre-order (at a discounted rate)
Pre-orders secure your Lazy Doxie Co goodies before they officially launch. This helps us make sure we have enough stock for all our Doxie-loving customers!
Will items sell out?
Some of our more popular designs and products are already selling fast, so we recommend ordering early to make sure you get your faves!
When will my order ship?
We typically launch pre-orders within 2-3 weeks of the expected arrival date, however we will keep you updated every step of the way once you have placed your order. If there are any delays we will let you know ASAP!
If your order is not shipped within 30 days of you placing your order, you can request a full refund or credit for the value of the pre-order item.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
We can adjust or cancel orders before shipping begins, but once your order is packed and on its way, it's all yours! Just reach out if you need help.
Can I return or exchange my pre-order?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the item is un-worn, in its original packaging and condition.
Ordering Pre-Order & In-Stock Items Together?
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order items arrive. This helps us keep packing and shipping as smooth and efficient as possible.
If you’d prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, no problem at all — simply reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll be happy to arrange split shipping for you.
Please note:
- An additional postage charge will apply to split your order.
- Once the pre-order items arrive, they will be sent out as soon as possible

How do I pick the right size for my Doxie?
We've designed our products specifically for dachshunds! Our fit guide is available on each product near the size selector "SIZING GUIDE" or you can take a look at our guides here: Fit + Care Guide.
If you are unsure, feel free to ask - we're happy to help!. If you do pick the wrong size, we will exchange it (please see our Refund and Exchange Policy)
