Wholesale & Breeder Terms & Conditions
By applying for and placing an order through our Wholesale/Breeder Program, you agree to the following terms:
- A minimum order value (MOQ) of AUD $200 applies to all wholesale and breeder orders.
- Full payment is required at the time your order is placed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
- Retailers and stockists must not advertise or sell Lazy Doxie Co products below the recommended retail price (RRP) without prior written approval from Lazy Doxie Co.
- Products must be represented accurately and in a manner that reflects the Lazy Doxie Co brand.
- Wholesale pricing and program details are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
- Lazy Doxie Co reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at its discretion if these terms are breached.
- Prices, product availability, and these terms may be updated at any time. Existing orders will not be affected by future changes.
