 Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends + holidays; pre-orders subject to product availability. Please see our Pre-order FAQ and Pre-Order & Subscription Policy).

 AU: 

Standard: Estimated 7-10 business days

Express: 1 - 4 business days (depends on location)

 NZ:

Estimated Standard Shipping: 8-12 Business Days

USA: 

Estimated Standard Shipping: 6-27 Business Days

UK: 

Estimated Standard Shipping: 6-27 Business Days

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and final order value. GST is included in shipping charges for Australian orders where applicable.

FREE postage on all orders over $150 AUD!;

Orders under $150AUD will be priced based on weight:

AU:

STANDARD:

$12 AUD  if less than 1kg

$17 AUD  if it is between 1-3kg

$22 AUD  if it is between 3-5kg

EXPRESS:

$17 if it is less than 1kg 

$27 if it is between 1-3kg

$35 if OVER 3kg up to 5kg (Courier eg. Startrack)

(prices based on cost of packaging and Australia Post/Startrack costs by weight)

NZ:

• Flat rate of $20AUD(Standard)

USA: 

• Flat rate of $35AUD(Standard)

UK: 

• Flat rate of $30AUD(Standard)

 

 Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is posted, so make sure you check your email inbox or sign up for an account to track your order.
