TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of the Halloweenie Giveaway is Lazy Doxie Co, Western Australia, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 2 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Sunday, 20 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the Promotion Period has closed will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
To be eligible for the giveaway, entrants must be subscribed to the Lazy Doxie Co email marketing list at the time the Promotion Period closes.
Existing Lazy Doxie Co email subscribers are automatically eligible for the draw and do not need to subscribe again.
Entrants who unsubscribe from the Lazy Doxie Co email marketing list before the Promotion Period closes will no longer be eligible for the draw.
Limit of one entry per person/email address.
4. Prize
There is one (1) prize available.
The prize consists of:
- One (1) Lazy Doxie Co Halloweenie Harness — size XS
- One (1) Lazy Doxie Co Halloweenie Collar — size XS
The prize is available in XS only.
The prize cannot be exchanged or swapped for another size, design, colour or product and is not transferable or redeemable for cash, store credit or any other alternative.
Entrants are responsible for checking the Lazy Doxie Co sizing information before entering to determine whether the XS prize will be suitable for their dog.
Standard postage of the prize to one Australian delivery address is included.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday, 21 September 2026.
The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their Lazy Doxie Co email subscription.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize and provide the information reasonably required for the prize to be delivered.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, is unable to accept the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Lazy Doxie Co reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Email Marketing & Privacy
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to receive email marketing communications from Lazy Doxie Co.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, they must remain subscribed until the giveaway closes at 11:59pm AWST on 20 September 2026 to remain eligible for the prize draw.
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Lazy Doxie Co Privacy Policy and used for purposes associated with administering the promotion and Lazy Doxie Co marketing communications.
7. General Conditions
Lazy Doxie Co reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, automated or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Lazy Doxie Co reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary to do so, subject to applicable laws.
If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Lazy Doxie Co’s reasonable control, Lazy Doxie Co reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
