Travel Mat + Walking Bag Care
How do I keep my Walking Bag and/or Travel Mat looking its best?
- We recommend to wipe down your bag or travel mat regularly to keep it clean and maintain their shape.
If the mat or bag are heavily soilded, they can be placed in machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle:
- For the travel mat, ensure the clips are done up but the mat is not rolled up.
- For the walking bag, remove all items from each pocket, unclip the strap, and turn the bag and pouch inside out. Wash only the bag and the pouch (strap should be hand washed only)
- Use a mild detergent
- Lay to dry
- Spot clean/wipe with a damp cloth between cleans, especially after beach trips or muddy adventures to remove salt, sand and or dirt build-up

Slow Feeder + Lick Mat Care
How do I keep my Slow Feeder and/or Lick Mat + Spatula looking its best?
- As our mats and slow feeder inserts are made of food grade silicone and have lots of grooves, we highly recommend that they go in the top rack of the dishwasher to get a deep clean between every use.
- Hand washing is also fine, however we recommend hot water and detergent and a good soak and scrub to ensure no bacteria is left behind.
- Use a mild detergent
- Invert on a drying rack to dry out completely
- Clean between every use to ensure they are clean and bacteria free for your pup.
Is there anything I shouldnt do with my Slow feeder and/or Lick Mat + Spatula?
- Dont pull or tug at the silicone suction cups, instead gently slide away from the bowl or surface to remove. This is more to stop any trapped food from going everywhere!
- Don't leave your pup unsupervised around slow feeders and lick mats, some pups will attempt to devour them as they smell pretty tasty after a treat is finished!
- Do not leave them in the sun for extended periods as this will degrade the silicone and can be prone to drying and cracking.
What can I put on my Lick Mat?
- We personally love some dog friendly yoghurt and blueberries (CEO favourites)
- In summer, lay flat in the freezer once you have placed your toppings to create a cool, long lasting treat.

- Avoid fabric softeners and bleach as they can degrade the fleece fabric.
