Our Snag Surprise Boxes are designed to be a fun and exciting way to discover Lazy Doxie Co products. Please read the following terms before placing your order.
What's Included?
Each Snag Surprise Box is individually hand-curated by Lazy Doxie Co using the information you provide when ordering.
Products shown in our advertising and on our website are examples only and are intended to demonstrate the types of products that may be included. We cannot guarantee that any specific product, colour, print or accessory shown will be included in your box.
Boxes may contain a selection of current products, past collections, seasonal items, exclusive items or discontinued designs.
No two boxes will be exactly the same.

Mini Snag Surprise – $50

Classic Snag Surprise – $75
- Includes one (1) Lazy Doxie Co harness
- Curated accessories
- Minimum retail value of $105
Ultimate Snag Surprise – $100
- Includes one (1) Lazy Doxie Co harness
- Curated accessories
- One or more premium items
- Minimum retail value of $145
Retail values are based on the current Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the included products.
Personalisation
We encourage you to tell us:
- Your dog's harness size (where applicable)
- Collar size (if requested)
- Colours or styles you love
- Colours or styles you'd prefer to avoid
- Which Lazy Doxie Co products you already own
- Any additional notes
We will do our best to curate your box based on this information.
However, all products remain selected at the sole discretion of Lazy Doxie Co and requests cannot be guaranteed.
Duplicate Products
If you tell us which Lazy Doxie Co products you already own, we will make every reasonable effort to avoid sending duplicates.
Due to stock availability and the curated nature of these boxes, duplicate products, prints or colours may occasionally occur and cannot be guaranteed against.
Colours & Designs
Where possible, we will consider your colour preferences.
If a preferred colour or design is unavailable, we may substitute another product of equal or greater retail value.
Harness Sizing
Classic and Ultimate Snag Surprise Boxes include one harness.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct harness size when ordering.
If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us before purchasing.
Our standard 30-Day Fit Guarantee applies to the harness included in your Snag Surprise Box. If your harness doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it for another size (subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy).
The remaining contents of the Mystery Box are not eligible for exchange or return.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the surprise and curated nature of these products:
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- Individual items within a Snag Surprise Box cannot be exchanged or swapped.
- Boxes cannot be customised after purchase.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days and we'll happily make it right.
Product Availability
If a particular product becomes unavailable before your order is packed, we reserve the right to substitute it with another product of equal or greater retail value.
Limited Quantities
Snag Surprise Boxes are released in limited quantities.
Once sold out, they may not be restocked.
