🐣 Easter 2026 Bundles – Terms & Conditions

 


These Terms & Conditions apply to all Easter 2026 Bundles purchased from Lazy Doxie Co, including the Little Hopper Easter Bundle and Big Bunny Luxe Easter Bundle.


By purchasing an Easter Bundle (including placing a deposit), you agree to the following terms.

 

 

 

1. Bundle Availability

 

 

  • Easter 2026 Bundles are available in limited quantities only

  • The Little Hopper Easter Bundle is limited to 30 bundles

  • The Big Bunny Luxe Easter Bundle is limited to 20 bundles

  • Once sold out, bundles will not be restocked

 

 

 

 

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

 

 

  • All Easter Bundles are secured via a 50% non-refundable deposit

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced once bundles are ready (expected March 2026)

  • Final payment must be made within 7 days of the final invoice being sent

  • If final payment is not received within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited and the bundle will be released

  • Shipping fees are payable at the time of deposit and will not be charged again when the final balance is due.

 

 

 

 

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

 

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable for change of mind

  • Deposits secure materials, custom items, and production planning

  • Please ensure you are happy to proceed before placing a deposit

 


This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

 

 

4. Bundle Contents

 

 

  • Bundle contents have been curated specifically for Easter 2026

  • While all inclusions have been outlined, minor variations (such as colours, designs, or suppliers) may occur where necessary

  • Personalised items (including charms and name tags) will be produced based on the details provided at checkout

 

 

 

 

5. Personalisation

 

 

  • Personalised items are created using the information supplied by the customer

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (e.g. initials, name spelling) are correct at the time of ordering

  • Changes may not be possible once production has commenced

 

 

 

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

 

 

  • Easter Bundles are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the seasonal, limited, and personalised nature of the products

  • This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or incorrect items

 

 

 

 

7. Maximum Purchase Limit

 

 

  • A maximum of 3 bundles per person applies across all Easter 2026 Bundles

 

 

 

 

8. Shipping

 

 

  • Easter Bundles will be shipped once the final payment has been received

  • Shipping timeframes will be advised closer to dispatch

  • Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated

 

 

 

 

9. Australian Consumer Law

 


Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to Terms

 


Lazy Doxie Co reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Any changes will be published on our website.
